Patient information is provided to PMBS via encrypted password-protected Zip files; once this information enters our system, the data is then deleted.

Are there any start-up fees?
Yes, this fee is non-refundable. However, we encourage future clients to please call our office to ask and discuss: how to set up a system or plan, how we gather patient information, List of Payers, CPT codes, and DX.
