Why should you outsource your medical billing to PMBS?

Outsourcing allows providers the opportunity and freedom of concentrating on their patients and office staff. Outsourcing also enables your team with more valuable time for research. By outsourcing, you are leaving your billing in our team's capable hands.

How will the practice benefit from outsourcing the billing to PMBS?

Outsourcing will reduce overhead and allow our providers to dedicate more time to the care of patients. Providers and clients can avoid the headache of fighting with insurance companies for payments that are rightfully yours after providing the services to the companies’ policyholders.

So, put the patients first because we know taking the time to care for your patients is your priority, and a doctor's time is valuable.

How will the information be sent to PMBS?

Patient information is provided to PMBS from our website via a secure HIPAA-Compliant online data entry form.  Once this information enters our system, the data is then deleted.

Your data is entered into our password-protected billing software residing on an encrypted hard drive which is backed up weekly.
